2. Put anti-UV agent in Polymer, UV-CUT is provided with long-term effectiveness, its waterproof is prior to its treatment on the textile fabric.

4.Difficult flammable Yarn |

1. Be provided with the permanent difficult flammability
2. The additive with non-toxicity is secure
3. To produce non-noxious gas while burning
4. Waterproof, anti-processing and anti-ironing, easy-maintenance.
Notices in weave ,dye, treatment
1. In order to ensure the fire retardant of its difficult flammable fiber, the textile fabric must be used the difficult flammable polyester fiber which used for both longitude and latitude yarn while is designed (interweave allowed for short & long fiber)。Don't make interweaving or blending with other material.
2. Tissue, longitude & latitude density, colorants or additive which are used will affect on fire retardant of the finished cloth
3. The glue size is provided with good flammability, so the grey cloth must be got a complete de-sizing while it is refined.
4. Be cautious to select the flame-retardant colorants.(sufficient tintage at 120℃)
5. If the colorants and additives are attached to it after dyeing, it must be got the thorough-washing to avoid of residual. It is suggested to make deacidizing procedures after dyeing.
3. Avoid of using the flammable resin when make treatment and processing on the post segment.
